The story behind the win

Capability Group, Axonify and EnergyAustralia have been on a shared journey since 2018, when we first collaborated to reinvent their onboarding experience. Over the years, we have had the privilege of partnering on a number of impactful initiatives, including the Manager Support that earned this award.

The challenge

EnergyAustralia's managers are responsible for coaching agents across the Philippines, India, and Australia. Managers were spending significant time and effort trying to identify what their agents needed, often relying on manual reviews of large volumes of data.

The solution

Working with Axonify's LeaderZone and the Needs Coaching feature, EnergyAustralia transformed the way managers approach their coaching conversations. Rather than guessing needs, managers can now access data-driven insights that show individual skill gaps, allowing them to deliver targeted coaching tailored to each agent.

The results

• 74% annual participation rate on the LeaderZone, a remarkable level of engagement
• Significant time savings for managers, freeing them to focus on meaningful coaching conversations
• More precise coaching, addressing specific behaviours and skill gaps
