The Accelerated Leadership Programme is designed for Councils, in collaboration with councils. Here’s What makes it different:
Programmes are delivered regionally, bringing together leaders from neighbouring Councils to learn, collaborate, and problem-solve together.
Cross-council peer learning builds
powerful networks that continue long after the programme ends.
Participants apply new learning
directly to real challenges in their teams and communities.
1-up managers are engaged
throughout, helping reinforce learning and sustain growth.
Māori leadership principles and Te Reo are woven through every module and experience.
The programme runs over six months and combines face-to-face workshops with online learning for a blended experience.
